The OTA Reconciliation Report gives you a way to reconcile the commission charged for Booking.com and Expedia bookings with the total room rent charged on each booking.
The report displays Expedia and Booking.com bookings that are completed and checked out or cancelled,
It's important to know that the commission amount for a booking is only applied to COMPLETED bookings. This means that a booking currently ACTIVE, CONFIRMED, UNCONFIRMED bookings will not appear in the report.
To create an OTA Reconciliation Report:
- Go to REPORTS | ACCOUNTING REPORTS
- Click on OTA Reconciliation Report
- Choose a date: Choose a single date or date range.
- Choose the report format: HTML, Excel or Text.
- Click Generate Report
The OTA Reconciliation Report displays the following information:
Report is categorized by each OTA Channel you are connected to.
- Check out Date: Date of check out
- Booking ID: Confirmation # of booking
- Status: Status of booking
- Rooms Cost: Total Room Rent charged to booking without tax
- Name: Name of Guest
