All Room Type and Rate Plan allocations to Agent Channels are listed and managed in SETUP | RELATIONSHIPS | AGENT RELATIONSHIPS. The default screen of Agent Relationships displays the details of your Agent Channels: Agent ID, Agent Type, Agent Name, Number of Rooms Allocated, Commission percentage and Rate Loading percentage.
When you click on Agent Relationships, a list with all of your Agent Channels is displayed with the following information.
- Agent I.D.: The I.D. given to the Agent (Set by default for Master Agents and Net Rate Agents. Agent I.D. created in Agents will appear as MyPMS Agents. See My Agents)
- Agent Type: Type of Agent setup in the system. See Agent Types for more details.
- Agent Name: Name of Agent (Set by default for Master Agents and Net Rate Agents. Agent names created in Agents will appear as MyPMS Agents. See My Agents)
Rooms Allocated: The number of Room Type and Rate Plan combinations you have allocated to the channel. See Commission: Commission rate set per booking for Agent. (Set by default for Master Agents and Net Rate Agents. Agent names created in Agents will appear as MyPMS Agents. See My Agents)
