MyPMS can be customized to meet your property needs, track Guest history, provide valuable marketing information and complete reports. The more complete the information is entered, the better the customized product will function for your needs. Field labels such as, Room Type,  you will initially see are the system defaults and can be used as is or customized to your property.

Customizing these functions is not necessary for your MyPMS to function. The system is setup with default settings which are already functioning in your system making it ready to use. You are welcome to use these default settings and templates or customize them to better fit your business.

If you are taking online bookings through your website or GDS, then some of these settings become more important to customize and complete as they will be visible to your Guests when booking. See Property Profile Website and GDS
