Though the system is completely dynamic, there are basic pages for each function.
There are three main areas in the Front desk to handle daily operations, manage bookings, create reports: Front Desk, Bookings and Reports. - Each Tab has a Drop Down Menu when you hover on it and the same menu in the grey bar below. When navigating to a new page, save your information or

- The user may create as many new instances as their local computer can support. However, it is recommended to only open as many instances as is needed at one time as this could become confusing very quickly.
- Logout is an important function as it is the proper way to exit the system. If the software is unexpectedly shutdown, a copy of your session will still be on the central server. This doesn't mean much, except that you may have had information in session, including reservations or guest charges, etc. that will be lost. It also may slow down the server if too many sessions are thus abandoned.
