When you complete the Group Booking wizard use the Click here link to add individual bookings. You can also add individual bookings at a later date via the Room List tab of the Group Booking.
When adding a new booking the following fields are automatically populated from the Group Booking. Arrival, # Nights, Departure. You will need to select the number of guests, desired room type and room number. Guest information is entered below and last name is an EZ Search populated field. Select the Guarantee by method and click complete booking.
You will only be able to book as many rooms as are allotted to the group booking. |
