In Group Bookings you can manage your Group Bookings and Add Individual Bookings to the Group Booking.

Choose any of the following options to view your Group Bookings.

  • Choose a Date, Group Name or Status and click List. 
  • Sort on: Sort by Group Name or choose an option from this drop down list to sort the whole list.
  • Click List to see an expanded list of all of your bookings.

From here you can open the group booking to manage details, add an individual booking or edit booking information.

The first step is to create a Group. Like a Guest Bookings, one Group may have several group bookings. In this way we can preserve group history just as we preserve guest history.

Go to the Group Booking Wizard in the BOOKING TAB to create a Group.

Once a Group booking is set up, a booking may be added to the group during the group wizard or after the group booking has completed through the room list page or by associating any individual Booking to the group through the new booking page.

Users can apply charges to reservations by selecting the guest name from the "Quick Charge" drop down list, picking an "Add Charge" type, entering a description if necessary and then specifying an amount.

When you press "Apply Charge" the charge will be directed to the appropriate folio based on rules that were set up in advance on the Folio Setup page.
