Though the system is completely dynamic, there are basic pages for each function. - All pages, except the login page, have a Drop Down Menu at the top. Beware: By navigating to a new page by using the Drop Down Menu, you may lose any unsaved data you have entered on the current page.
- The user may create as many new instances as their local computer can support. However, it is recommended to only open as many instances as is needed at one time as this could become confusing very quickly.
- Logout is an important function as it is the proper way to exit the system. If the software is unexpectedly shutdown, a copy of your session will still be on the central server. This doesn't mean much, except that you may have had information in session, including reservations or guest charges, etc. that will be lost. It also may slow down the server if too many sessions are thus abandoned.
